The International Debate Education Association's institute and tournament. BUDL has represented the U.S. at this event for the past six years and this year reached the quarterfinals in the Karl Popper World Championship. BUDL is the only voting member of IDEA in the US.

We will have a one day workshop to prepare high school and middle school novice, JV and Varsity debaters for the season. It is also where we meet with all teachers to plan for the season. Lunch (and some evidence!) are provided.
